Like a celebrity, Dr. Aseem Malhotra is a high-profile physician (cardiologist) from the U.K. Recently, I had an opportunity to watch his interview on YouTube (link). I am disturbed by his advice about maintaining good health.
The first part of his interview is mostly about vaccines, particularly COVID-19. He is highly critical of COVID-19 vaccines, presumably because of a family incident. Otherwise, he fully supports vaccines and vaccination, saying, “Some of the greatest achievements in medicine are traditional vaccines, no doubt.”
From the science/chemistry perspective, vaccines may be considered a filthy soup of known and unknown chemical ingredients, with possible biological (cell) debris (link). They could very well be compared with sewage or feces. Importantly, these chemicals do not form or are needed for the body’s normal growth and maintenance but can be highly toxic, as known for vaccines in general.
On the other hand, Dr. Malhotra highlights and promotes a healthy lifestyle and eating completely free from sugar. It is a strange perspective, as sugar is considered a critical energy source and has been used for generations. It has always been an essential component of a healthy diet.
Surprisingly, a dietary component is considered toxic or unhealthy, but a broth of known or unknown chemicals becomes healthy. Anyone with the slightest knowledge about science/chemistry, internal or external to the body, would be horrified by such a view.
However, medical/pharmaceutical experts survive and thrive by promoting such illogical views. Even more bizarre is that they claim to be knowledgeable and scientific experts (often claim to be scientists) and provide logical and science-based suggestions and advice. How does it make sense?
The only education and training they usually have is based on a non-science undergraduate degree, like an M.D., to prescribe medicines based on listening to patient symptoms and reading lab results (link). They hardly have any training in science/chemistry (medicines). They truly do not realize or understand the meaning of what they say. In reality, it is all fake and false science and lacks logic.
They are practicing something for which they do not have education and training. By any standard, such practices are considered malpractice or fraudulent. However, this situation is not addressed, as doctors are supervised and audited by their profession or professionals (e.g., peer-reviews) who do not see or understand the wrongdoing. Hence, the fake and harmful practices continue, and there seems to be no end in sight.
Although this article is described based on Dr. Malhotra’s interview, it is fairly common among medical experts, particularly those exiting the profession and seeking refuge in alternative approaches, including dietary. Unfortunately, they lack proper training and education, particularly in science, for their newer activism. Remember, cholesterol (chemical) used to be “deadly,” but now it is essential and replaced by sugar (chemical), being unhealthy and dangerous. It is hilarious!
I suggest that medical and pharmaceutical professionals critically self-evaluate their education, training, and claims before something far worse happens. They should practice what they are trained for and stop indulging in the science of illness inventions and treatment developments. There is a critical lack of education and training in this respect—COVID-19 and its vaccination confirmed it.
